Outer layer: XT3900/PMIA three-in-one para-aramid and meta-aramid blended aramid material has a breaking strength of 1352N in warp and 1032N in weft, and a tearing strength of 219.8N in warp and 162.4N in weft. The waterproof and breathable layer is made of aramid felt covered with PTFE membrane, and the oil repellency reaches grade 4 after washing 25 times.
Insulation layer: The insulation layer is aramid spunlace felt. The comfort layer is a blend of 50% aramid and 50% flame retardant viscose. Waterproof and breathable layer: high-quality PTFE film. The hydrostatic pressure resistance is greater than 50000Pa, the water vapor transmission rate is 5929g/m.24h, and the thermal stability is 2600C, and the shrinkage rate is 1.0% after 5 minutes of treatment. Each performance index conforms to the GA10-2014 "Firefighters Fire Fighting Protective Clothing" standard, each set has the only strong inspection mark recognized by the state, and is a qualified product tested by the National Fire Equipment Quality Inspection Center.
